NETWORK ADMINISTRATOR
We are accepting resumes for a Network Administrator at our CitiPlaza location. 

What you’ll do:

•	Maintain and repair Windows XP 
•	Maintain and repair Windows 2003 and 2008 servers
•	Responsible for administering:
        o	 Active Directory
        o	 Exchange 2010
•	Backups
•	Network trouble-shooting, routing, VLAN’s
•	Develop a strong understanding of telephony
Qualifications
What we need:

•	Post secondary education in computer science
•	1-2 years experience in Windows System Administration
•	1-2 years experience in desktop support
•	Experience with virtualization an asset
•	Proven ability to trouble shoot
•	Proactive, creative problem solving
•	Demonstrated ability to work well with people
•	Ability to thrive in fast paced environment

to inbound customer inquiries for the purpose of handling customer service requirements and
generate sales where applicable.
Qualifications
•              possess excellent communication  and customer service skills
•	have previous experience in customer service and/or sales
•	possess good computer skills
•	have previous experience working in a contact centre
•	are a high school graduate
•	are fluent in English/Spanish
•	are available to work various shifts.  Our inbound unit operates on a 24/7/365 basis

OUTBOUND CUSTOMER CONTACT REPRESENTATIVE 
Full-time and part-time shifts available.  If you are a motivated individual who enjoys working
in a fast-paced environment and have strong customer service and communication skills – then
this job is for you!   As an outbound Customer Contact Representative (CCR), you are required
to generate sales and respond to customer inquiries for the purpose of handling customer service
requirements.

Hours:  Monday-Friday, 1pm-9pm 
Rate of pay:   
~  Paid training, Opportunity for over $14/hour once probation is completed (includes bonus).

~  Demonstrated sales success, preferably in a call centre environment, however retail sales experience
is a definite asset
