About the Job

Alliance iCommunications is a web-enabled customer contact centre that provides some of North
America’s most recognized corporations and their customers with unparalleled service.  Our

The position of Business Development Agent is selling American Express Business cards to
small and medium-sized businesses across Canada.  Your role is to understand business needs
and promote the most appropriate and beneficial card product to the business owner using a
consultative sales skills approach via telephone.

This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm.  Compensation includes a
guaranteed base rate, medical and dental benefits and the very real potential of earning 6
figures!

Contact Representative(CCR), you are required to generate sales and respond to customer inquiries
for the purpose of handling customer service requirements.

Hours:  Monday - Thursday, 1pm - 9pm*
        * Occasionally this may change to 10pm
        Friday & Saturday - 9am - 2pm
        Additional hours may be available.
Rate of Pay: Hourly rate (based on experience and language skills) plus bonus

~ Demonstrated sales success, preferably in a call center environment, however retail sales experience
is a definite asset
~ Fluency in English and Spanish an asset 
~ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
~ Self-motivated and results driven
~ Comfortable working with computers
~ High school diploma

•              possess excellent communication  and customer service skills
•	have previous experience in customer service and/or sales
•	possess good computer skills
•	have previous experience working in a contact centre
•	are a high school graduate
•	are fluent in English/Spanish
•	are available to work various shifts.  Our inbound unit operates on a 24/7/365 basis

Full-time and part-time shifts available.  If you are a motivated individual who enjoys working
in a fast-paced environment and have strong customer service and communication skills – then
this job is for you!   As an outbound Customer Contact Representative (CCR), you are required
to generate sales and respond to customer inquiries for the purpose of handling customer service
requirements.

Rate of pay:   
~  Paid training, Opportunity for over $14/hour once probation is completed (includes bonus).
